- Are interested in maximizing the benefit they extract from their financial resources.
- Are risk-averse – they’d prefer to avoid unnecessary risk.
- Have accumulated savings and investment assets of at least $100,000.
- Work or have worked for the federal government, or have a spouse who has.
- Are within 10 years of retirement or are retired.
- Plan to rely on savings and investments for at least part of their retirement income.
- Are comfortable using the internet and communicating via email, telephone and/or fax
- Prefer to pay lower costs that they can see than higher costs that they can’t.
- Are willing to place their trust in an advisor who deserves it.
- Would rather know where they stand financially than guess.
