There is a $49.95 research fee for each evaluation report you request (one report for an individual or couple). This fee may be paid by credit card and will be refunded to you if you ultimately elect to purchase insurance through Variplan. Once we receive and review your request, we will contact you for payment information, if appropriate, before beginning our work. We will not collect the research fee unless we are confident that our work will be of value to you – for example if we can recognize immediately that you will be ineligible for insurance in the private market, we will notify you and waive the fee.

The research fee is waived for current members of the Senior Executives Association.
